GOVERNMENTAL COMMISSION TO INSPECT HOW KHARKOV HAS PERFORMED DURING THE ATO
In Kharkov, today, July 3, started a special government Commission established by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yatsenyuk. The goal of its work is to study the situation in Kharkov, concerning logistics, health and wellbeing of military personnel, involved in anti-terrorist operations, writes citing 112.ua the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The commission includes representatives of the Ministry of Defense, Social Policy, Health and Finance. It was headed by Deputy Defense Minister – Director Peter Mehedi. Commission members inspected the Military Medical Center and Clinics of the Northern region, where they became acquainted with the conditions of the ATO and treatment of patients. Deputy Health Minister Vasily Lazoryshynets promised military physicians all the support necessary for the medical facilities and specialized specialists.
During a meeting in Kharkov Regional State Administration of the Regional Governor Igor Baluta, he informed the Commission about the level of security for refugees from eastern and existing problems concerning the refugees. Mehedi discussed the issues with Baluta and also questions of territorial defense and the order of conscription for military service in the region.
THE KHARKOV REGION HAS REINFORCED BRIDGES AND KEY TRANSPORTATION AREAS WITH CONCRETE BARRIERS AND OTHER PROTECTIVE BARRIERS

PREPARING THE HUMANITARIAN CORRIDORS FOR REFUGEES FROM KRAMATORSKAYA – BARVENKOVO

DEFENSE MINISTRY OF UKRAINE PLACES ORDERS WITH COMPANIES FROM KHARKOV
During a working visit to the Balakleya area the Head of Kharkov Regional State Administration Igor Baluta visited several businesses. This will give the residents of Balakley plenty of work from the company. While we cannot say whether these orders will be a long term process, but those combat vehicles, which need to be repaired, will be refurbished. They are waiting for our armed forces, «- said Igor Baluta.
He also noted that orders will be placed with another plant named Malyshev, and other businesses in the region. «Now the main task for me as the head of administration – I need to deal with one of the flagships of Kharkov industry – the Aviation plant. We did have an unfortunate loss of transport aviation and they should be replaced. Accordingly we would like to have orders not only placed in Kiev, but also in Kharkov for military transport aircraft for the Ministry of Defense and the Interior Ministry «, – said Igor Baluta.
«GROMADCKA VARTA»: IN KHARKOV SEPARATIST GIVEN DIFFERENT TREATMENT

SEPARATIST CAPTURED HOAG IN APRIL, DENIES CHARGES

He also denied the seizure of power of the Building on the eve of the regional state administration – April 6th. According to him, he and his «associates» had entered the room peacefully. Euro-Maidan Activists held a rally in support of Ukraine July 2 evening near the fountain of Mirror Jets. They pasted flags of Ukraine on buses and sang songs, reports ATN. Then the procession moved from Mirror Jet along the Sovnarokomvskuyu Street to the building of Research Affairs of Ukraine Kharkov region. There demonstrators sang the National Anthem of Ukraine expressing their citizenship. According to MG «Objective», about two dozen people demanded public apology and stop «breakaway rallies. «Activists collected signatures in an appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kharkov Region Director Anatolia Dmitriev.
The document stated – the requirement of public apologies for the events of June 22 and recognition that «compiled by Valentine Bystrichenko protocol is nothing more than a means of pressure and intimidation of the public which opposes the aggressive Kremlin's policy towards Ukraine.» Furthermore, treatment provides for mandatory termination of «separatist rallies. ««We demand to save integrity, peace and tranquility in our city, to prohibit any assembly of pro-Russian forces separatist as well as the Communists who advocate for reviving the Soviet empire, «- said in a statement that the protesters handed over to the representative of the police.
